All hosting packages we provide are, by default, non-managed. This means that you have to take care of all your websites’ management tasks. We will, of course, provide full support for any connectivity and/or basic operation issues. We have chosen this to be able to provide quality services, at the lowest possible cost. If, however, you don’t want to worry about managing your shared hosting account, you can always order the CareFree package.

The CareFree package entitles you to unlimited support for your hosting account. A few examples of tasks we will take care of for you, if you have the CareFree package are:

Control Panel setup & changes
On demand backups
Software installation
Assistance with e-mail software
etc

You can purchase the CareFree package when ordering your hosting account, or later, as an addon.
